I was back in The Hague, Netherlands for a week-long visit to finish up some business I had been working on for the past year or so. This was the culmination of a lot of work and it was finally coming to fruition. I arrived in The Hague on Thursday, had a number of meetings on Friday, and then was off for the entire weekend. With all that time off I wanted to explore some areas I had not yet visited. So I opted for a place with an even better name than Fokker Terminal, the UNESCO site called Kinderdijk. This is the home of a number of still-working windmills, two of which can be entered and examined in detail. I was super lucky as the weather was more than cooperative, providing dark blue backdrops and almost no cloud cover. It was an awesome time and I would love to go back!
